In order to use this site, you must agree to the following terms and conditions.

Participants must obtain and review the Safety and Navigation Suggestions. These suggestions will be provided to students and instructors once their class section has reserved a particular Beltline Section. Instructors are required to make sure each student obtains a printed copy of the Suggestions, and they should discuss them in class with their students.

The organizers of Photos of the Beltline and Atlanta Beltline property owners are the City of Atlanta, the Atlanta Development Authority, CSX Railroad, Georgia Dept of Transportation, Georgia Tech College of Architecture, Georgia Institute of Technology, Georgia Tech Research Corporation, Wayne Mason, Madison Ventures Ltd. and Lord Aeck and Sargent. Neither the organizers of Photos of the Beltline nor any Atlanta Beltline property owners will be liable for personal injury or loss or damage to property.

The Organizers have not inspected the Beltline property. You should be aware that there is a risk of personal injury, or of the loss of or damage to property. You should realize that there are inherent risks, hazards and dangers in visiting and photographing the property. To reduce those risks, you should review and follow the Safety Suggestions.
